The Nonprofit Toy request Section Will Open on 10 7 2025 and close on 10 27 2025
Required Documents:
1. Must have a current registration as a nonprofit org with the IRS & MS Secretary of State. We will check the status of each applying organizations with the IRS and MS Sec of State.
2. If the status is anything other than "active/compliance" or the 501c3 has been revoked by the IRS, we will NOT consider your application for toys.
3. Must submit the street address of where the organization operates.
3A. Organzation must reside in Jackson County MS
4. The organization's street address must not be a USPS POBOX, nor a PMB (Private Mailbox) from a UPS store or, FedEx location, or any other commercial shipping or mailing store.
5. You must submit proof of address (proof of address= a current piece of mail with your organizations names and address on it)
6. Churches and religious organizations must submit the street address of where services are held. Not the private home address of a church member.
7. Schools and government originations must register with the name, address and work email of the school/government entity.
Require Documentations for ALL nonprofit organizations (including Churches)
1. Updated 501c3 Letter of Determination from the IRS
2. Proof of street address (must not be a USPS PO BOX, nor a PMB (Private Mailbox)
3. Letter of authorization (on the organization letter head) from the contact person submitting the toy request.
4. Letter from Secretary of State of Mississippi (Must be in active and in good standing with the state of Mississippi)
5. Letter of authorization (on the church's letterhead) signed by the Head Pastor for the contact person submitting the toy request.
6. Flyer Details :(date, time and location of event) Must be emailed when your toys request is submitted
7. Attendees of your event must register at https://moss.point.@toysfortots.org
8. The number of toys your organization received will be based on the number of attendees that register to attend your event.
9. The number of kids receiving toys cannot exceed 100
10. $100.00 gas card (day of toy pick up)

Due to the high number of emails, we ask that you only submit your documents once. Submitting your documents multiple times only slows down the approval process. We will not be responsible if you submit your documents to the wrong email address.
EMAIL ADDRESS:
We will communicate through email in ref to nonprofits . Make sure the email submitted with the toy request is correct. Also add our email address to your email "allow list" ..Any email that goes into the spam folder is not our fault.
Timeline: Applications are finalized by the 2nd week in November.
Those Attending your event must be registered on the toys for tot's website (not in person at your event) no later than
Oct 26 2025. Sorry no excuses and no exceptions...
Once your attendees are registered, they will receive an email with a control number to attend your event.
Your organization will only receive the number of toys for those families that are registerd through our website.
Families that are not registered through our website will not be Eligible to receive a donated toy from our program.
